An Individual ordering BM-Science consulting services, either directly or through a medical professional, give BM-Science the right to partially or fully report the results of the analysis or evaluation only to the licensed medical professional appointed by the individual and not to the individual him/herself - the cases for the need of confidentiality from the individual/patient are rare, and they occur in the best interest of the individual.

Some of our web pages contain links to non-agent third-party website sources. This policy does not cover the practices of those websites. Accessing those sources requires that you leave BM-Science website. BM-Science does not control the content of those linked websites, and is not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. Use of non-personally identifiable information

Our website routinely collects non-personally identifiable information. This information permits BM-Science to determine the general preferences of our online visitors anonymously.

BM-Science also can collect non-personally identifiable information through the online questionnaires in the fields of psychology, demography and health. These aim to collect summarised information concerning medical history, general psychological profile; as well as demographic data such as age, eye-colour, weight, profession and other. The primary purpose in collecting and processing your non-personally identifiable information is to provide you with the services you request.

BM-Science also can use non-personally identifiable information, such as medical/health data for its scientific research and reports in the form of scientific articles.

In general, our website is not directed at children and most of the services offered on this site are designed for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We require that any individual who requests information about a service that is indicated for use for children must be 18 years of age or older.

In addition, certain BM-Science services may also enable you to access and update your profile or other pieces of personal information online.

You can withdraw your consent for the right to keep your data in BM-Science systems (the "right to be forgotten") by submitting a “deletion request” to the “data controller” (BM-Science). We recommend you to be well aware of all implications of the withdrawal as it may prevent BM-Science to deliver services to you. Be aware that your data may have been used prior to your consent withdrawal in publications, studies, conferences or any other form of public domain release and your deletion request cannot have any effect on these. It may take up to 30 days to implement your data deletion request depending on the complexity and amount of data in question.

Data stored in our systems is periodically backed up to prevent data loss – copies of the live online systems are taken to an offline copy. The deletion of data in the live systems consequently will imply that the upcoming offline copy no longer contain the deleted data and upon the storage cycle is complete, there won’t be either offline nor online versions of the deleted data. In the event of a data restore from backup, data that has been marked for deletion is either not restored or if restored (due to technical or procedure limitation) will be immediately deleted again.
