Welcome to BM-Science.com. This website is owned and operated by BM-Science - Brain and Mind Technologies Research Centre - Finland ("BM-Science Oy").

This website and its contents are designed to comply with Finland laws and regulations.

 

  1. Acceptance. By using BM-Science.com, you agree to be bound by and to comply with this Terms of Use Agreement. BM-Science reserves the right to change these terms from time to time, as it deems to be necessary. We will always post notice of those changes, and the date that they become effective, within the current Terms of Use Agreement on the website. You may view the current applicable version of this Terms of Use Agreement at any time through a link at the bottom of each page within this website.
  2. Scope. The terms of use set forth in this agreement apply only to your use of BM-Science.com, the services described in it and their associated operational processes.
  3. Medical Information/Conditions. While there may be information on this website related to certain medical conditions and their treatment, should a medical condition exist, promptly see your own physician or health care provider. We do not offer personalized medical diagnosis or patient-specific treatment advice. BM-Science may provide health related information directly to individuals, however the individuals may not use the information to act upon themselves, they may only make it available to specialized qualified healthcare professionals for possible guidance on further investigation on the health state in question; BM-Science takes no responsibility on the direct or indirect usage of the information data it may produce or provide regarding health conditions, as BM-Science is not a health care provider but a scientific research organization - The healthcare process must entirely be held by healthcare professionals in the scope of their regulated practice. By accessing and browsing this website, you accept, without limitation or qualification, this Terms of Use Agreement and acknowledge that it supersedes any other agreement between you and BM-Science.

    You further acknowledge and agree that by clicking on the buttons or checking the options labeled “SUBMIT”, “DOWNLOAD”, "CONTACT", "ORDER" “I ACCEPT” or such similar links as may be designated by BM-Science, you are submitting a legally binding electronic signature and are entering into a legally binding contract. You acknowledge that your electronic submissions constitute your agreement and intent to be bound by this Agreement and any hyperlinks contained herein.
  11. Communications with BM-Science. You verify that any contact information provided to BM-Science, including, but not limited to, your mailing address, shipping address, e-mail address, residential phone number, and mobile phone number is true and accurate.
    You consent to receive e-mails, pre-recorded voice messages and/or autodialed calls (including text messages) by or on behalf of BM-Science relating to this Agreement, any purchase or transaction with BM-Science, matters related to your account (including debt collection), and promotions regarding BM-Science products and services. These communications may be made by or on behalf of BM-Science.
  12. Termination of Website. You agree that BM-Science may, in its sole discretion, and at any time, terminate or suspend its operation of this Website or your use of the Website, without prior notice to you, for any reason that BM-Science, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate. You further agree that BM-Science will not be liable to you or to any third party for the consequences of such termination or suspension.
  13. Consequences. BM-Science reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate the Terms of Use Agreement. If your violation causes harm to others, you agree to indemnify and hold BM-Science harmless from and against any and all loss, damage, or expense. If any dispute arises between us regarding this Agreement or your use of BM-Science.com, it shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If such efforts prove unsuccessful, all such controversies, claims, or disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration pursuant to the Finnish Law. Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the practices in Finland. The arbitration award shall be final and binding, and it may be confirmed and enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall pay for all attorney fees it incurred in connection with the arbitration and shall share equally in the costs of the arbitration. The venue for any arbitration shall be within the Greater Helsinki area, Finland.
